Ngu Wah Hlaing foi abandonada por sua mãe quando era um bebê por causa de sua deficiência. Uma monja e seu filho, que é transgênero, a adotaram e a amam. Atualmente, Ngu Wah Hlaing tem 11 anos de idade, mas não sabe ler e escrever porque é recusada pelas escolas devido à sua deficiência.

Ngu Wah Hlaing was abandoned by her mother in infancy because of her disability. A nun and her son who is a transgender adopted her and love her. Now, Ngu Wah Hlaing is 11 years old. But, she can’t read and write as she’s refused by the schools because of her disability.
